The fashion designer revisits some of her most iconic designs in her new collection

"It's a very tough industry. Certainly tougher today than when I started," says Natori, who has come a long way from creating lingerie on her living room floor.
Though her vision for the family-owned brand The Natori Company hasn't changed, the designer is open to new ideas. Moreover, Natori has always been tenacious, a Filipino quality she admits has helped keep the brand at bay.

Not only did the designer dig deep into the brand's archives, but Natori is also quite hands-on when it comes to the business side.
But apart from Natori's curious nature and deep passion, she reveals that having to provide pieces that resonate with their clientele matters more.

"Natori really caters to a very broad range. . .It's not about age, it's a point of view of being glamorous and feminine," says the designer.
With the country opening up post-pandemic, and revenge partygoers ready to hit the streets of Manila, Natori believes it's the perfect time for people to be festive.
Red robes, colourful caftans, jewellery, and menswear are only some of the collection's loveliest pieces.
It features icons of the brand, such as the dragon, peony, and crest, as well as a new pattern scattered across different pieces—the infinity—signifying the designer's coming to a full circle on her 45th anniversary.
