Jessi Chloe Chen is as cool as it gets. She tells Tatler what she’s spending her hard-earned cash on this week—from statement jewellery to spring essentials
Jessi Chloe Chen is the type of person you’d want in your girl squad. She’s sharp as a tack and runs multiple businesses (she’s the managing director of residential property development company Fuin Holdings, founder of Andrsn Flowers and a partner of newly launched mental health platform Talking Mental). She has jokes for days and dresses to impress no matter the occasion—whether walking her dogs, Copper and Penny, or attending parties thrown by some of the biggest brands in the city.
Here, Chen shares her spring wish list, which has us itching to flash our own credit cards:
Dress, Christopher Esber

“I’m all about a staple white dress for spring and summer and, having grown up in Australia, I have always had a soft spot for Aussie designers. The gathered panels and adjustable ruching make this dress flattering in all the right places.”
Pleated Set, Sir The Label

“Is there anything not to love about a good co-ord? More intriguing than a dress and more exciting than a jumpsuit and, more importantly, a no-brainer when it comes to getting ready. I am loving the box-cut shirt with the pleated detail down the front, and the golden papaya colour is serving the summer vacay vibes we are all in need of.”
Bracelet, Nadine Ghosn

“I love this designer’s tongue-in-cheek take on mundane items by turning them into fine jewellery. This is my favourite piece: it’s an everyday gold bracelet with a twist.”
Mini Jodie bag, Bottega Veneta

“You can never go wrong with a mini or Bottega Veneta’s signature intrecciato weave. The playful, chunky knot and pop of teal adds a little zing to any outfit.”
Mules, The Attico

“A blocked heel mule is like summer’s sister to a classic pump. They’re practical to wear and oh-so-versatile. [Compared to a stiletto-style shoe], they also save you from getting stuck in Hong Kong’s precarious cobblestone streets, which has happened to me more than once.”
