How to Rework the Sex and The City Looks Today

Has there ever been a TV show that taught us more about fashion and empowerment than Sex and the City? Over the course of six seasons, we’ve learnt so much about love, life, sisterhood, and how to make bold style statements.

Without a doubt, the spotlight has always been on Carrie Bradshaw, the fashion-forward, shoe-loving columnist who broke countless styling rules with her fur coats, statement tutus and crazy-shaped handbags among other bold apparel.

But let’s not forget the rest of the squad, from Miranda’s preppy and minimalistic style with an edge to Charlotte’s ultra-feminine wardrobe and Samantha’s collection of skin-baring one-pieces with chunky jewellery and thick braided belts to match, they all sport looks we love.

Thanks to Patricia Field, the stylist of the TV show and films, these four have managed to look fabulous every step of the way – from that dreamy Vivienne Westwood wedding dress Carrie wore when Mr. Big left her at the altar, to those exotic staples sported on the quad during their trip in Abu Dhabi.
