It was a star-studded affair at the Hong Kong Tatler Ball 2018, which took place on September 15 at the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong. From chainmail dresses to multi-tiered ball gowns, our city's most stylish ladies dressed to impress, some taking our theme "Science. Space. The Future" quite literally. We round up the ball's best-dressed women here:

Ming Ho-Tang

Making a grand entrance in a layered tulle gown by Oscar de la Renta fit for a princess, our 2018 Most Stylish Woman, Ming Ho-Tang certainly dressed the part with a dazzling ruby necklace from Chopard.

Eleanor Lam

Donning a stunning number by one of her favourite designers, Eleanor Lam sparkled on the red carpet in a total Christian Dior look.

Antonia Li

Antonia Li opted for a figure-hugging Vivienne Westwood dress and earrings reminiscent of the galaxy, making her a star of our future-themed ball.

Emily Lam-Ho

Wearing a silver body-con halter dress, Emily Lam-Ho shone bright in a Galvan dress on our red carpet with a glittering clutch and jewellery to match.

Carol Murray

The always classy Carol Murray wore a sheer lace Oscar de la Renta top and paired it with black skirt with an asymmetric hem for a beautiful casual-glam look.

Victoria Tang-Owen

In a holographic Ms Min dress, leave it to Victoria Tang-Owen to choose an effortlessly chic look with a subtle nod to the space theme.

Julia Milner

Our October 2018 cover star chose a patterned Valentino frock which perfectly complemented her delicate features and brought a touch of colour to an otherwise monochromatic line-up.

Feiping Chang

All eyes were on the fashionista who wore a headpiece and black gown all by Gucci, looking like Star Wars royalty at our space-themed gala.

Rina Wadhwani

Always seen in glamorous and intricate looks, the director at Wadhsons Hong Kong wore a stunning, sparkly navy gown with a matching sheer cape for a touch of drama.

Esther Sham

Leave it to the ever-edgy Esther Sham to be able to pull off looks few could in a skin-tight Alexander Vauthier dress with dramatic shoulders and silver accessories to go with our theme.

Anne Wang-Liu

Forever elegant, the co-chair of the Hong Kong Ballet Guild opted for a simple-yet-chic white, sweetheart necklined dress by Roland Mouret with a subtle train.

Yen Kuok

Our daring fashion darling dazzled in a black Zuhair Murad dress with strategic sheer body-contour and a mini box clutch by minaudiere master Judith Leiber.

Adrienne Hui

Our Most Stylish Woman of 2017 wore a simple Christian Dior tulle dress cinched in the waist with a galactic Veronica Beard belt for a demure yet trendy outfit.

Bonnae Gokson

The creative visionary behind Sevva, Ms B’s Cakery and C’est La B cafes chose a glittering gold number by up-and-coming label Dundas, which is known for their high-octane disco pieces.

Claudia Shaw

As head of style advisory for Chanel in the Asia-Pacific region, it's no wonder Claudia Shaw wore Chanel to the ball, with wire-like details on the gloves and a dress that tied back to the science theme.
