Giorgio Armani Teams Up With The Italian Sea Group For A Superyacht Project
Legendary Italian fashion designer Giorgio Armani is taking his love for luxury yachting to the next level by designing a boat himself. According to a report in WWD, Armani has teamed up with The Italian Sea Group, a global leader in luxury yachting, to build and design a lavish, 72-metre-long Admiral motor yacht, which is set to debut in 2024.
This isn’t the first time the designer has involved in a yacht design project. Back in 2003, Armani designed his very first superyacht, Mariù, which was named after his mother and said to be an apt reflection of his distinctive designs that perfectly combines simplicity, elegance and comfort. He also designed and launched a 65-metre yacht called Maìn in 2008, which features a unique colour palette and minimalist interiors alongside a slew of luxury amenities such as spacious cabins, spa pool, indoor gym and cinema.
Further details of the project are still to be announced. Stay tuned for more updates by following Giorgio Armani's official Instagram here
