Halloween is the one night in a year when kids can dress as adults—be it superheroes or villains—while adults can channel their inner child with full gusto. From creative costumes to scary make-up, there’s really no better opportunity to embrace your inherent playfulness than at All Hallows’ Eve.
And, of course, one can always count on the Tatler community to make a lasting impression no matter the occasion.
