After a year of turbulence, there's something comforting about seeing Mr. Armani, back in his element, showcasing his nostalgic eveningwear in a decadent venue in front of a glamorous audience. Hollywood celebrities like Diane Kruger and Ashley Park, who was in Paris shooting the second season fo Emily in Paris were in attendance, as was Christine Chiu from Bling Empire and her husband Gabriel Chiu. "It's so nice not to be in sweatpants and to be wearing couture again," she tells me.
