After sending a model on horseback down the Grand Palais Éphémère, Chanel is set to return to the extravagant setting for Paris Fashion Week.
The French fashion brand has offered a glimpse of what to expect from its spring/summer 2023 collection by Virginie Viard. In a series of black and white images shot by Inez & Vinoodh, Chanel muse Kristen Stewart is seen along the streets of Paris flaunting sultry gowns with revealing slits, sheer skirts and ribbon embellishments.

The mysterious photographs are accompanied with a quote by Coco Chanel: “When the body is no longer exclusively preoccupied with its elegance, when the obsession with being beautiful has given way to an inner attitude—attitude of mind rather than display of pride—then a woman has everything together gained in naturalness, youth and simplicity. She has just taken a giant step towards her own fulfilment.”
