An inordinate number of things come to mind when one thinks of Italy. The relaxed pace of coastal life, the comforting warmth of the sun and the sublime craftsmanship of needle and thread. These qualities gather and coalesce at Greenbelt 5, as Boggi Milano previews the latest pieces of its spring/summer 2026 collection together with Tatler Philippines. Here, guests are flanked by companionship and the unmistakable warmth, as the house’s finest of the season are on full display.

The Boggi Milano boutique outwardly conveys sophistication and refinement but inside resides the unhurried allure of summer. Fine fabrics and tailored cuts are presented through palettes reminiscent of the sand, wind and sky of the Mediterranean coast. That prevailing sense of ease continues with textures of soft cotton and precious linens. This easygoing air does not stray from the house’s inherent tone of discreet sophistication; it reinforces it. A live set by DJ Tomas Cabili and rounds of canapés and cocktails perfectly complemented the warm, convivial atmosphere.

“We’re excited to showcase the new collection of Boggi Milano,” SSI director of business development Nikki Huang enthused. “It means a lot to us to have you all here and share our excitement for this great Italian brand.” The inimitable Rafa Siguion-Reyna introduced our esteemed guests, including L.A. Aguinaldo, Chris Nick, Franco Laurel and Paolo Bugayong. Each shared their personal preferences for fashion and style, as well as Boggi Milano’s latest collection.
“Every time I wear something from Boggi Milano, it feels right,” Aguinaldo explains. “What stood out for me is that when you try it on, it feels made for you.”
“It’s light, it’s quiet luxury, it’s timeless,” Laurel adds.
Nick recalls a summer spent in Europe, where Boggi Milano’s light linens were his consistent companions. This rings doubly true here in the Philippines. “It reminds me of summer,” Bugayong echoes. “It’s fresh.”
Afterwards, guests were able to see and feel these qualities for themselves, as they tried on various items from Boggi Milano’s spring/summer 2026 collection—while many took home pieces for themselves. This preview of Boggi Milano has arrived at perhaps the most relevant and opportune moment. The understated sophistication and exquisite craftsmanship that has long defined the house is not deterred by heat but eagerly embraces it with impeccable ease.
