Demna Gvasalia, the Artistic Director of Balenciaga has an eye for all things arts. Since taking the reins at Balenciaga in 2015, the fashion master has continued to impress us with his innovative runway shows and campaigns, and now, he’s turning the spotlight over to his passion for music—as evident in his recent project with Apple Music.
The campaign, which will fature a series of playlists curated by a group of influential music personalities that have inspired Gvasalia throughout his career, is set to arrive with a range of limited-edition fashion pieces inspired by concert merch. “The Balenciaga x Apple Music playlists will be by some of my favourite music artists, each of whom I have personally selected,” said Gvasalia in an official statement. “These playlists will represent their personal tastes and influences, giving insight into what they listen to in their own lives.
