Tatler showcased the most fashionable individuals from Hong Kong on the recently revealed Asia's Most Influential: Style list, and we spoke to Yvonne Fong and learned more about her interest in luxury minimalism

Yvonne Fong, the director of Simon Lee Gallery in Hong Kong, often makes a splash at exhibitions and art fairs with her distinctive personal style, which combines sharp tailoring with sculptural shapes.

Her favourite brands include historic French maisons such as Chanel and Chloé, as well as younger labels such as the London-based Galvan, most famous for its minimalist dresses and tops, and Victoria Beckham’s line of neat, elegant ready-to-wear.
