The Thai-born singer attends the launch of YSL Beauty's first ever Libre pop-up at Gurney Plaza, Penang
On March 11, 2023, nearly 2,000 fans from all over the world descended on Penang to catch a glimpse of Chittaphon Leechaiyapornkul, also known as Ten, at the official launch of YSL Beauty's pop-up store. He is a member of WayV, a Chinese boy band and sub-unit of K-pop group NCT. As is expected from the stylish performer, he arrived at Gurney Plaza wearing a chic black and gold ensemble, and was met with thunderous applause and cheers from fans.
Stepping on the stage, Ten thanked his fans for their support, shared his love for YSL Libre Eau de Parfum, and even learned a few local phrases during his stay in Penang.
The international artiste had the opportunity to tour the YSL Beauty pop-up that features elaborate displays of the French beauty brand's best-selling products and the exclusive UV printing service to personalise YSL Libre fragrance bottles—now open to public until March 19. He also met Malaysia's biggest stars and influencers, including Jane Chuck, Zahirah Macwilson, Christinna Kuan and more.

Ahead of his highly anticipated appearance, Tatler managed to catch Ten for a quick interview. The star shared his first impressions of Penang, what he thought of Malaysian food, and teased some exciting projects he has in the pipeline.
