The first event on September 26 unfolded at Tatler House, where an elegant atmosphere set the stage for an evening of skincare discoveries. The space was peppered with displays of La Mer products, inviting guests to discover the brand’s luxurious offerings up close, from the beloved Crème de La Mer to the Genaissance De La Mer collection.
La Mer’s brand general manager Yanny Li greeted guests with a short welcome address, introducing them to the evening’s star product: the Rejuvenating Night Cream. This new addition to the La Mer family is a powerhouse moisturiser that targets eight critical signs of visible ageing, including fine lines, plumpness, softness, radiance, firmness, smoothness, texture, and wrinkles. At the heart of this innovative formula is the MRA-3, a marine retinol alternative that combines sea-borne skin renewal properties with La Mer’s iconic Miracle Broth.

The evening continued as guests were treated to one-on-one consultations and relaxing hand massages infused with La Mer’s rich creams and serums. It was an evening for guests to fully immerse themselves in the world of La Mer and discover more about the brand’s luxurious offerings. The evening kicked off with a presentation by La Mer’s education manager, Jerome Chan. A long-time fan of the brand, Chan shared his personal skincare journey and how La Mer products have transformed his skin over the years. He then carried out a product demonstration, guiding guests on how to use the new Rejuvenating Night Cream effectively to activate its powerful ingredients and ensure maximum absorption and benefits.

A standout moment of the night was a fireside chat with esteemed aesthetic doctor, Dr Karen Soh. Together with Tatler Singapore’s executive editor Dana Koh, they delved into the topic of our skin’s nightly renewal process. Dr Soh emphasised that skin undergoes significant restoration while we sleep, making nighttime skincare rituals essential for unlocking radiance. They also discussed the importance of using products that support skin recovery, particularly those enriched with nourishing ingredients like La Mer’s patented Miracle Broth and the new marine retinol alternative MRA-3 found in the Rejuvenating Night Cream.
