What is your skin type?

I used to be oily, then became combination. Now I'm quite dry after pregnancy and motherhood. [That's] life, you know how it goes.

Who or what influenced your skincare routine?

Google and Allure magazine.

How did you find a skincare routine that works for you?

Listening to my skin's—it changes depending on climate, stress levels, time of the month and season. So just being mindful of all of that and adjusting accordingly.

What is your evening skincare routine?

I first cleanse with either Lesse refining cleanser or IS Clinical Cleansing complex. Then I use Biologique Recherche P50 exfoliant most days. Then I use The Ordinary Buffet Serum and a moisturizer on top (I have a few that I love like Tatcha Dewy Cream and Drunk Elephant Protini, but been loving Augustinus Bader rich cream when I'm extra dry). I then sometimes do some gua sha with a tool I have from Rowse Beauty. But to be honest, on nights when I'm exhausted, I just put the extra Avene Xeracalm balm I use on my daughter after a bath and wipe the excess on my face. French drugstore beauty products are always a win!

What are your holy grail products?

Avene Xeracalm replenishing balm, Biologique Recherche P50 and Augustinus Bader Rich Cream.

What is a skincare hack you think we should know?

Microneedling at home! Not as scary as it sounds and the results are glowy.

Do you use facemasks?

I love the Tatcha Luminous Deep Hydration Lifting Masks.

Do you have a beauty/skincare horror story?

Having anxiety that all my skincare products were going off, so I haphazardly layered them all on top of each other at once and broke out into a rash. Less is more.

How often do you practise skin fasting (a break from skincare)?

Never, really. If it does happen, it just means I forgot to mind my skin.

Are there any skincare rules you’ve broken that have done wonders to your skin?

I sometimes use conditioner as my body wash when I'm really dry and that's been great, especially when travelling during wintertime.
