The spring 2018 makeup line from Paul & Joe Beauté is inspired by the lush colors of Parisian nature and the musical soundtrack to this season of renewal and revival.
After the fall/winter 2017's "Parisienne Girl" collection, Paul & Joe Beauté is staying in the French capital for spring/summer 2018, celebrating the city's nature with its new makeup collection. Set to the sound of sweet melodies from the past, the "April in Paris" collection draws inspiration from the song of the same name composed by Vernon Duke in the 1930s.
Soundtrack to spring
Paul & Joe makeup lines are known for their formulas and original, innovative packaging. And this collection won't disappoint beauty fans. The "Face and Eye Color CS"—with two sets of three colors—come in the form of a vinyl record. Each one comes in a sleeve decorated with springlike floral motifs and the brand's signature cats.
Lips get a pop of glossy color with "Lipstick CS" in bright red (French Pop), romantic pink (Rue Crémieux) and orange (Rue Montorgueil) shades. The lipstick refill can be purchased alone or with a case decorated with prints from the Paul & Joe spring/summer 2018 collection.
"April in Paris" also brings color to nails, with watercolor hues formulated using three organic oils (jojoba, olive, safflower). The nail polish comes in three shades: green ("Jeunes Herbes"), orange ("Dewy Calendula") and pink ("Geranium").
The collection is out now from Paul & Joe Beauté retailers. The nail polishes will be available from March 2018.
