Nothing says “party” more than a shimmering, well-defined eye. Start with an opaque cream or beige shade as a base, then use metallic brown or grey shades on the outer corners of your eyelids to create depth. For a more precise tip to your winged liner, draw the flick towards your eye instead of away from it.
