What does a day in your life look like?
Loh May-Han (LMH) Every day is different. Being a doctor is more than just clinical work these days. Commitments such as education, research and administration occupy about a third of my day. Evenings tend to belong to me and I can dictate my schedule with more certainty. It’s all about working hard and playing hard. I live every moment to its fullest and cherish every day.

What is your favourite Clé de Peau Beauté product?

LMH As a full-time doctor, my routine is dependent on the tempo of the day. Weekends are more indulgent and when I am able to take more time to nourish my skin with masks and spa sessions!

You manage a few businesses and social enterprise Crib; you are also a lecturer and a mother of two. How do you manage it all?
Marilyn Lum (ML) It’s all about prioritising well and being efficient in time management. I also try to surround myself with the best people, products and services. This philosophy has been crucial in helping me be effective in achieving my goals. This is also the reason why I only use Clé de Peau Beauté products.

What is your favourite Clé de Peau Beauté product? 
ML My absolute favourite Clé de Peau Beauté product is the amazing La Crème. I apply it every night before I rest as part of my beauty routine. When I wake up, my skin looks radiant and refreshed. I also like Le Sérum for its lightweight, smooth texture. I use it in the morning and evening.

What does your day usually consist of?
ML In the morning, I meditate and do Pilates, along with some stretches. I feel this helps me start the day with a balanced mind and body. When I am not lecturing, my days comprise mostly of meetings for Crib and my other companies, and spending time with my sons. It’s usually something simple like a walk to the Singapore Botanic Gardens. My evenings are spent attending online webinars and discussions on research topics with faculty members or putting up papers for my doctoral studies.

What is your beauty routine like?
