What went down at a special by-invite-only event hosted by Tatler Singapore and Chanel Beauty to discover the maison's luxurious skincare collection

The art of self-care is no longer just a trend, especially in a post-pandemic world. People are paying more attention to their well-being and this includes taking good care of the skin—our largest organ. Serious beauty aficionados recognise the benefits of using the best products that suit their skin’s needs and sometimes this involves turning to the most premium skincare collections out there. And among these is the exquisite Sublimage range, the crème de la crème of Chanel Beauty skincare.

Those familiar with the collection will know of its exceptional products that feature anti-ageing properties and effective ingredients that have been carefully selected so as to combine luxury with advanced technology in its skincare formulas.

Last week, together with Tatler Singapore, Chanel Beauty held a special by-invite-only skincare workshop to discover Sublimage Les Extraits—the serums within the collection. Several skincare enthusiasts within the Tatler community were invited to attend the event held at the Casuarina Suite in Raffles Hotel Singapore.

During the workshop, guests sat through a presentation by Dorothy Lim from Chanel Beauty's learning team as well as a makeup and skincare demonstration featuring Sublimage products.

Lim highlighted a number of products from the Sublimage collection including Sublimage L’Extrait, Sublimage L’Extrait De Nuit and Sublimage L’Extrait De Crème and gave tips on how to use these skincare items underneath makeup.

In attendance at the workshop were Tatler friends such as Liyann Seet, Dimple Aswani, Raena Lim, as well as mother-daughter pairs Chloe and Nina Ng, Adeline Teo and Angela Ng, and more. Many were pleased to learn more about the collection and walked home with refreshed skincare knowledge—and even a new Sublimage serum or two for their vanity.

On top of that, they also participated in a fringe activity where they could customise tea blends of their own or choose from a range of blends prepared by homegrown specialty tea house, Antea Social.
