We welcomed guests into a sensorial midnight-inspired suite, decked out in Dior for the launch of Dior Prestige’s new Le Baume de Minuit, an intensive revitalising night cream that optimises overnight skin rejuvenation

They don’t call it “beauty sleep” for nothing. Like the rest of our body, the skin goes through the most optimum level of regeneration when at rest—because the skin’s nocturnal clock triggers its regenerative functions—which is why you don’t only feel but look your best after a good night of long, deep sleep. To further optimise this process, beauty brands have sought to formulate skincare targeted specifically at overnight renewal, to infuse the layers of skin with potent ingredients to repair and rejuvenate on a cellular level.

That’s exactly what Dior Prestige’s newest night time moisturiser presents—and what was presented to our specially invited 15 ladies at our private suite experience with the luxury beauty brand.

Welcoming beauty-loving guests into the King Conrad Suite at Conrad Singapore, which was made to look like midnight with black out curtains and romantic ambient lighting, Dior Prestige and Tatler Singapore teams indulged them in a sensorial experience unlike any other. Think a sprawling suite decked out in Dior, from living areas lined with Dior Prestige skincare collections, a bedroom made extra plush with Dior bedding and bedside The Osmanthus Christian Dior Parfums candles, and a spacious bathroom complete with a bubble bath strewn with white and azure blooms.

The first part of the private morning session, saw guests learn more about the new Le Baume de Minuit, or Intensive Revitalizing Night Cream, in the living room, where a Dior Prestige skincare expert took them through the ingredient science and origins of the Rose de Granville—the potent elixir jewel of Dior Prestige’s skincare crown. Harvested in the middle of the night, this bloom has been cultivated over 20 years of research, development and meticulous conservation to create a concentrated elixir called Midnight Rosapeptide, which possesses powerful micronutrients that boost skin resilience and revitalisation, while also providing complexions with intense soothing, plumping and nourishing effects. A fortified reiteration of Midnight Rosapeptide lies at the heart of the new Le Baume de Minuit, to boost skin’s clock-synchronisers to enhance skin resilience and revitalisation while sleeping—making the night count, twice.

Following this educational journey, with champagne—or juice—in hand, guests got to try out the sensoriality of the cream, and discover other products from the Dior Prestige line, including the La Micro-Huile de Rose Advanced Serum.

Then it was time for the morning’s tactile activities to ensue as guests took to the dining room for an adorable flower dome creation experience, accompanied by a spread of delectable sweet and savoury canapes.

The rest of the morning was spent lounging around the Dior Prestige-transformed suite and lots of beauty retail therapy, where ladies couldn’t help but shop the many skincare products on show, which also included the Dior Prestige Le Nectar Premier, an age-defying, radiance-boosting face and neck serum; the Le Micro Serum de Rose Yeux Advanced, a regenerating micro-nutritive eye serum; and the Le Sucre de Gommage, a gentle but deeply exfoliating polishing face scrub to cleanse and prep skin for the best absorption of one’s nightly skincare ritual.
