How the original muscle man and founder of Arnold Classic Asia , sets himself up for success

Arnold Schwarzenegger, the Austrian-American filmmaker, businessman, investor, author, philanthropist, activist, former professional bodybuilder, and politician brought 5,000 athletes together to take part in 28 sports for the first ever Arnold Classic Asia in Hong Kong. Ever since his impending arrival was announced a few weeks ago, the city has been abuzz with questions about where he's staying (most probably The Grand Hyatt) and where he's partying (our sources say Lily and Bloom but you didn't hear it from us). We were only able to ask Arnie one question and settled on finding out what the Terminator does as soon as he steps out of bed. Here's everything you need to know about his morning routine.
He Wakes Up At 5am Every Morning

Clearly not one for lying around, Arnold likes to go to bed early and get up at sunrise. His favourite quote is by CNN Founder Ted Turner, "Early to bed, early to rise, work like hell, and advertise."
He Reads The Newspaper

Arnold believes in training your mind as well as your body, so he advocates spending thirty minutes learning something new every day. In the words of the Governor himself, "Imagine how much you would learn if you practiced a new language every day for thirty minutes."
He Hits the Gym

When he 'hits' the gym he quite literally means going hell for leather and wiping himself out with the most epic workout known to mankind. He never skips a day and his manager hasn't seen him take a day off from working out in forty years. Rest days... begone.
