OrphanCare Foundation is a Malaysian non-profit organisation that is passionate about children. It is the first organisation in Malaysia to set up baby hatches, in an effort to reduce the number of babies being 'dumped'. The baby hatches help rescue babies that cannot be looked after by their biological families, and OrphanCare makes sure that they are not institutionalised but placed with loving families.

OrphanCare has an agreement with the Malaysian government to facilitate the adoption of children in a safe and legal way. The foundation also works on ending the institutionalisation of children in Malaysia. Orphanages and homes are challenging environments for children to grow up in. For this reason, OrphanCare works with homes/orphanages, biological families and potential adoptive families to implement a family-based care system in Malaysia.
