Tasting Notes

Nose sees gingerbread and nutmeg shading into cardamom. The palate combines quince and dried orange with exotic notes of mango and fennel spice. The palate’s buttery weight is alleviated by a white pepper lift. Extremely vinous and rich, almost overwhelming its acidity, but deeply pleasurable.

Try It With

Fatty or cartilage rich pork dishes.

When To Drink

Main course.

Perfect For

Your foodie friend.

Tatler Tip

The packaging for this constantly changes but is always beautiful with a navy blue and silver star theme.
