This sensuous but elegant blanc de blancs is an incredible value and largely under the radar but it’s poured at top properties like Felix and Gaddi’s at The Peninsula and Alain Ducasse in Japan.

The unusual rosé is blended from a very high percentage of chardonnay (93%) with color from meunier.
Tasting Notes
A very primary nose: exotic citrus fruits and their leaves, verbena, conifers and greenish florals mingle in an eau de cologne-like blend that oozes charm. This continues on the palate, which though lean yields some tactile slip. Driving acidity on the attack is echoed by a subtle bitterness on the finish.
