Mercedes-Benz Vietnam presents an exhibition imbued with emotion, where design, artistry and automotive excellence blend seamlessly.
As part of the “Mercedes-Benz Masterpiece Space – LiveRARE” event, the German marque introduced a refreshed version of its flagship large SUV, the Mercedes-Benz GLS, into the Vietnamese market. Featured were the Mercedes-Benz GLS 450 4MATIC Facelift and the Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600 Facelift.
In addition, Mercedes-Benz showcased a selection of its most prestigious models, from iconic sedans to ultra-luxurious SUVs, each reflecting a legacy of innovation, craftsmanship and design. The total value of the display was estimated at nearly 100 billion VND. A highlight of the occasion was an exclusive fashion show, featuring 15 distinctive looks created by Creative Director Cuong Dam.

Living with unique values
Described as the “S-Class of SUVs”, the refreshed Mercedes-Benz GLS 450 4MATIC FL features a 3.0L inline-six petrol engine (M256M) combined with the next-generation ISG2 intelligent starter-generator system, producing 381 horsepower and 500 Nm of torque. The result is smoother acceleration and improved fuel efficiency.

Inside, the vehicle remains faithful to the brand’s “modern luxury” ethos, while adding an array of refined enhancements: a head-up display, heated and ventilated front seats as standard, multi-layer sound-insulating glass, the Transparent Bonnet function, Energizing Air Control filtration (for optimised air quality), and the latest MBUX infotainment interface. Upholstery comes in a choice of three leather tones: black, catalana beige or bahia brown, complemented by anthracite oak wood trim with a natural, textured finish.

Meanwhile, the Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600 FL asserts itself as the pinnacle of super-luxury SUVs. It features a 4.0L twin-turbocharged V8 engine, delivering 557 horsepower and 770 Nm of torque. Accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.9 seconds, it is equipped with the latest ISG2 system and a 9G-TRONIC transmission, combining high performance with the signature smoothness of Maybach.

From a design perspective, it features 23-inch monoblock Maybach alloy wheels, illuminated Maybach insignia on all four doors, and new tri-section tail lights. The interior preserves its business-class layout with First-Class rear seating, folding tables, a Burmester® 3D sound system with 29 speakers and 1,610W output, and dual 11.6-inch rear entertainment screens.
