Founded by Astro Vinh (Tran Quang Vinh), a former design expert at Google and Meta, Murror responds to a sobering reality: rising rates of stress, anxiety, and depression, paired with the mounting pressure placed on mental health specialists. With this, Murror’s mission is to support emotional analysis, assist individuals, and ease the burden on professionals by offering continuous, intelligent care.
Astro Vinh, behind a project as heartfelt as Murror, was there something in your own story that sparked your desire to reshape mental health care through AI? Was there a moment that crystallised your vision?
I lived with depression for many years. I grew up in a broken household and lost my childhood innocence far too early. I bottled up so many emotions, never quite sure how to express them, and those unspoken feelings began to shape the way I lived and the goals I set for myself.
For a long time, I chased success in the hope it would rewrite my destiny, that it would give me a life worth living. But eventually, I realised I was only reacting to past pain. I wasn’t truly living for myself. My depression deepened. I even experienced the numbing shock of tranquilisation. That moment of clarity changed me. I gave myself permission to start again. And from that decision, Murror was born.

What inspired you and your team to develop such a comprehensive platform for both users and professionals?
The rise of AI opened the door to addressing mental health in a more holistic and effective way. At its core, therapy is a data challenge about understanding people deeply. Murror AI is designed to learn both the emotional landscape of its users and the therapeutic methods of psychologists. This is the first time a platform has offered multidimensional support to clients and therapists simultaneously. Murror serves as the connective tissue, nurturing a more meaningful relationship between the two sides.

24/7 connectivity and 360° care are particular strengths of Murror Pro. Can you elaborate on how Murror Pro delivers this, especially for individuals needing constant support, such as professionals facing burnout or those seeking timely help anywhere, anytime? Is this the value you’re most proud of?
Yes. The global mental health professional-to-person ratio stands at just 9 per 100,000, according to the WHO. In the US, 46 per cent of professionals report feeling overwhelmed. Treatment dropout rates of up to 50 per cent further indicate just how strained the mental health care system has become. Murror exists not only to support users but also to assist professionals, aiming to deliver the most comprehensive and elevated standard of mental health care possible.
Therapy remains costly and often inaccessible. Waiting times can stretch from weeks to months, even as psychological crises, including those that lead to self-harm, can arise at any moment. Murror acts as a 24/7 support companion, grounded in expert guidance, and ensures professionals are kept informed of a patient’s condition in real time.

Can you describe the wider Murror Pro technology ecosystem? What are its core components, and how do they work together to create a seamless mental health care solution for both users and experts?
Murror Pro is set to become the world’s first AI-powered, continuous-care ecosystem for mental health. While we’re not ready to reveal every detail, what we can say is that Murror Pro will be groundbreaking in its ability to selectively sync user data via the Murror personal companion app.
The system listens, analyses, and supports users, even in the absence of a human expert.
What makes it truly unique is its real-time communication with professionals. The Murror Pro system keeps experts continuously informed of a client’s current state, autonomously monitors their therapeutic journey, and surfaces insights to enable a more complete and in-depth approach. Even while the expert sleeps, Murror continues its work.
For mental health professionals, Murror Pro is more than just a support tool. How do you see the relationship between professionals and AI evolving within this ecosystem? How does Murror Pro help them broaden their reach and elevate their services?
Traditionally, psychologists have worked alone with clients, confined to scheduled, one-on-one sessions. This limits perspective, data access, and the breadth of available insights. Building a business is never easy. Building one in today’s volatile economy, with technology changing by the minute, is an even greater challenge. But I believe every revolution holds opportunity, and that human potential is limitless. I’ve always embraced a pioneering spirit, and I’ve never been afraid of taking on new challenges. The vision for Murror is shared by many: supporters, investors, and believers who have stood by us from the beginning.
In the next five to ten years, Murror will become the most intelligent brain in mental health.
