Movie theatres are back, foot traffic in malls swell up, and children are back in the streets—everything seems like they're almost back to "normal," but the threat of COVID-19 is still around the corner
In the Philippines, the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases Resolutions (IATF) eased some of the restrictions they imposed amid the COVID-19 outbreak. From November 2 to December 15, 2021, Metro Manila is under Alert Level 2; this means that recreational venues such as internet cafes, billiard halls, amusement arcades, bowling alleys, skating rinks, archery halls, swimming pools, and similar venues are now allowed to resume their operations.
Under Alert Level 2, tourist attractions such as libraries, archives, museums, galleries, exhibits, parks, plazas, public gardens, and scenic viewpoints are also allowed to open their gates to the public.
Despite the gradual reopening of businesses, it is still an indisputable fact that the threat of COVID-19 is still around. In this article, Tatler lists some of the things that the public can consider doing to enjoy a safer and hassle-free time outside.
1. Don't forget to bring your vaccination card
Most establishments ask for their guests' vaccination cards. These papers prove that the person in question is protected from COVID-19. He or she will less likely be a spreader of the virus too.
