Driven by his ambition to make the world a better place, Zikry Kholil co-founded Incitement in 2011 with an ex-colleague. The platform's goal is to streamline the process of donating and volunteering for social causes and address the challenges that non-profit organisations face when it comes to fundraising, impact reporting and community building.

From that modest dream, Zikry has led Incitement to develop sustainable development programmes, community events and impact measurement tools that ensure donations can be made easily and donors can receive updates on their impact. Last year, the company raised over RM3 million (US$716,000). It has also funded more than 70 charitable causes that have impacted over 120,000 beneficiaries worldwide.

“We have evolved into a purpose-driven company that facilitates events worldwide and helps organisations to raise funds for social projects throughout Southeast Asia,” says Zikry.

With Incitement's network of partners, donors and volunteers spanning 64 markets, Zikry has to travel frequently. With his demanding schedule, a compact and powerful phone such as the Xiaomi 12 helps him to stay on top of work and keep in touch with his clients on the go.

Equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor, a 6.28-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a generously sized 4,500mAh battery, and wired and wireless turbocharging, the Xiaomi 12 matches well with Zikry's lifestyle. “The Xiaomi 12 is a great work companion because it has a powerful processor and I constantly have multiple apps open. I admit I sneak in time to play mobile games when I need to relax, so being able to switch instantly between my apps helps to keep me productive,” he says.

The Xiaomi 12 also satisfies the shutterbug in Zikry, as it features three cameras, including a 50-megapixel main camera. “I like to take pictures when I travel, so having a good-quality camera with me is very useful. It comes in handy when I need to scan a document as well,” says Zikry.

In line with his mission at Incitement, Zikry believes in using technology to create efficiency. "Life is short, so we should make the best use of our time." Watch the video below to see how he stays at the top of his game every day.
