Every young leader defines themselves by the impact they are making. We asked 10 Gen.T honourees from Malaysia to tell us what the word means to them. Watch the video to see what they had to say

This summer, we unveiled the 400 honourees on the Gen.T List 2019 at launch events across Asia.

Before meeting many of them for the first time, we identified a list of commonalities that ties these leaders from diverse industries together. Whether an entrepreneur, a politician or a top chef, we surmised, you need grit, you must have impact, you need to be innovative, and so on.

We took these words and asked the honourees to define them for us in our new series, Two-Minute Dictionary.
