The co-founder of Ladies Who Tech is hosting her first Gen.T Connect session at the Tatler House in Shanghai to discuss mindful leadership

Gen.T Connect, our newly launched community-led platform that seeks to enable young leaders across Asia to initiate important conversations and change, will see its first event being held on April 10 in Shanghai.

Led by our ambassador, Jill Tang, the afternoon affair will feature three industry experts sharing their insights on practising mindfulness and how that can play into one's leadership approach. There will be a panel discussion, workshop and Lego Serious Play session, each of which will explore points of discussion such as:

  • Is emotional intelligence a trait of a great leader?
  • How can leaders lead with clarity, empathy and kindness. And why do these qualities matter at all?
  • How important is it for a leader to be charismatic?
  • What can leaders do to put people before profits?
