On July 22, Philippine Tatler awarded and celebrated its Generation T Top 50 for 2017 at Shangri-La at the Fort’s High Street Lounge. With more than 300 members of the Gen T community and VIP guests in attendance, the night proved to be quite a success.
Tim Yap hosted the awarding ceremony together with Philippine Tatler's Managing Director Irene Martel Francisco and the Head of Generation T Asia, Tamara Lamuniere. The Top 50 were each awarded a certificate of donation, made in each Gen T lister’s name, from Philippine Tatler to WWF’s #NotPlastics campaign. The certificate was designed by the artist Patrick Cabral, who was specially commissioned by WWF Philippines.
This exclusive by-invitation only soiree was in partnership with Hublot, Lexus, Singapore Airlines, Huawei and CNN Philippines.
Guests got to enjoy free-flowing servings of bespoke cocktails by Shangri-La at the Fort, as well as four variants of Engkanto craft beer by Generation T Lister, Ian Paradies. Chef and Generation T 2017 lister, Miko Aspiras cooked up some spectacular sweets. Another highlight of the event was the live “bokeh” photo booth photographed by Gen T alumna Sara Black.
Throughout the night guests danced and unwinded to music played by DJ Samantha Nicole and by DJ Katsu later in the evening.
