Founded in 2017, Fitness Champ expanded to a second studio in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam—a spacious place that has an MMA cage, a main workout area and equipment, a private sauna and spa room, and a camping-themed cafe. Classes in MMA, boxing, kickboxing, Muay thai and judo are available at Fitness Champ.

The studio has even arranged exciting women’s boxing retreats in Bali and Phuket. Group sessions, private training, or even mother-daughter fitness classes are also popular here. There is also an in-house psychologist, and there is the option to book a physiotherapist for a session in the spa room.
