Front & Female Awards Philippines 2024: Nominations now open

We are thrilled to announce that the Front & Female Awards will launch in the Philippines this year. The Awards recognises the individuals who are inspiring progress for women and girls and effecting change for women, either directly or indirectly through their work and lives: 

• by blazing a trail and breaking barriers so others can follow
• by advocating for rights and equality
• by closing gender gaps
• by driving the female agenda
• by serving as a role model for other women

Awardees should have launched or grown an impactful initiative or made impact in the past 18 months that inspires or supports the advancement of women. Impact should predominantly be in the Philippines. 

The Front & Female Awards aims to recognises individuals in the following awards categories: 

• Business Leader Award: For an individual helping to elevate and advance women in corporate, business or professional fields.
• Founder Award: For an entrepreneur or founder breaking ground for other women and helping to close the gender gap.
• Innovation Award: For an individual driving progress for women and girls or advancing the female agenda in a particularly visionary, innovative or unusual way.
• Well-being Award: For an individual whose work addresses the well-being of women and girls, whether physical, mental, social, sexual or financial.
• Social Impact Award: For an individual supporting underserved, overlooked, vulnerable, underprivileged or minority women and girls, and/or seeking to drive human rights and equality.
• Rising Champion Award: For an individual under 30 years old who is working to champion women and girls and drive their advancement.

Once we close the nominations, we'll vet the nominees and put together a shortlist to send to our Voting Committee, a panel made up of some of the most influential leaders in the Philippines spanning business, philanthropy and public service. These esteemed individuals will vote for their top candidate in each category. We will then tally the votes internally to decide on the final winners of the Front & Female Awards Philippines 2024. 

As well as celebrating the people who empower, advocate and elevate women, and their achievements, the Front & Female Awards will help catalyse their impact in a number of ways, including through content and by facilitating connections through our extensive and far-reaching community.

The Front & Female Awards celebrates the individuals advancing women. We are accepting public nominations for the inaugural Front & Female Awards Philippines until June 24, 2024. The winners will be announced in August 2024.
