Front & Female Awards Hong Kong 2023: Nominations now open

We are thrilled to announce that the Front & Female Awards will be returning to Hong Kong this year for its second edition. The Awards will celebrate the individuals—male or female—supporting and driving the progress of women, as demonstrated by launching or growing an initiative with impact in the past 18 months predominantly in Hong Kong.

Examples of eligible initiatives include establishing a funding initiative to support female founders or female small-business owners; introducing corporate mandates to increase gender parity; or founding an internal mentorship programme focused on elevating women. Perhaps the nominee has launched or hit a major milestone with a non-profit or foundation that works to support women and girls, has played a key role in advocacy for policy change that benefits women, or has launched an initiative to elevate women in a traditionally male field. These are just some of the individuals we are looking to celebrate.

So, whether this is you, or someone you know or admire, we want to hear from you. Please complete our public nomination form before April 10, 2023.

Once we close the nominations, we’ll vet the nominees and put together a shortlist to send to our Awards panel, a committee made up of some of the most influential female leaders in Hong Kong from sectors that span business, philanthropy and public service. These esteemed women will vote for their top six candidates. We will then tally the votes internally to decide on the final winners of the Front & Female Awards Hong Kong 2023.

As well as celebrating the people who empower, advocate and elevate women, and their achievements, the Front & Female Awards will help catalyse their impact in a number of ways, through content and by facilitating connections through our extensive and far-reaching community.

The Front & Female Awards celebrates the people driving and supporting the progress of women. Nominations for this year's Hong Kong awards close on April 10, 2023. The winners will be announced in November 2023.
