The mall’s fifth floor is home to an enclave of nail and hair salons, medispas and aesthetic clinics to set everyone on a self-care journey
We are often caught up in the hustle and bustle of life that we sometimes forget to take the time for ourselves. But self-care is important to both our physical and mental health.
With this in mind, Ngee Ann City, in partnership with Tatler's Front & Female, invited an intimate group of women entrepreneurs and business leaders on a journey of self-care at three beauty and wellness boutiques on the mall's fifth floor: Cheryl W, Oasis Spa and PHS Hairscience. And just in time before the culmination of International Women's Month in March.
But before that, life coach, psychological counsellor and corporate speaker Rany Moran, the founder of 360° Resilience, shared with the ladies on how they can prioritise their power to elevate mental wellness. The long-time Tatler friend, who is now based in Sydney, is committed to helping people elevate, evolve and express themselves for success.
Moran shared some strategies to help the ladies look within themselves, and the people around them, as well as useful tips, to achieve mental wellness.
Armed with the knowledge, the ladies embarked on a journey of self-care, starting with a hair analysis, cleansing treatment and blow-dry at PHS Hairscience, followed by a body analysis and slimming treatment at Cheryl W, before ending the evening with either a neck and shoulder massage, a hand or feet spa treatment at Oasis Spa.
The head-to-toe pampering was just a timely reminder everyone needed to take some time out of their busy schedules for self-care.
