Mount Yotei vistas from Scandi-chic suites
Setsu is located at the base of Grand Hirafu, Niseko’s largest and most popular ski resort. After a day on the slopes, enjoy its luxurious wellness space, one of the biggest in the area, which features indoor and outdoor onsen, and private baths that look out to serene Japanese stone gardens. Among the guest rooms, the most luxurious is a four-bedroom penthouse with panoramic views of Mount Yotei, spacious living quarters anchored by an elegant fireplace, a private natural hot spring and an on-demand driver. Setsu’s dining options include Tempura Araki, the sister restaurant of Sapporo’s two-Michelin-starred restaurant of the same name; and Sushi Kato Inori, which serves market-fresh sushi and sashimi. Setsu even has its own branch of the celebrated ramen chain Afuri.
