Nirjhara

The word nirjhara is Sanskrit for waterfall, and this boutique hotel sits directly opposite one, surrounded by cascading rice paddies and tropical jungle. Nirjhara’s 25 villas are dressed in timber, rattan and stone sourced from across the Indonesian archipelago. The Canopy Suites stand several metres off the ground for spectacular views towards Mount Batukaru. These lavish tree houses also have a private roof deck with an outdoor tub shaded by swaying palm fronds.
