Josun Palace
Seoul, South Korea

Clean-cut South Korean aesthetics with a touch of mid-century cool
Located in Gangnam, Josun Palace was designed by Monaco-based architects Humbert & Poyet who combined the clean-cut contemporary look of modern-day South Korea with a touch of European mid-century cool. Each guest room features Frette’s exclusive Andrea linens, bath products from Byredo’s Chemin line and high-tech Airdressers—closets that sanitise and steam clothes. The hotel capitalises on its jaw-dropping views of Seoul, whether it’s from the swimming pool on the top floor or from 1914 Lounge and Bar, with its soaring 30-foot-tall windows. The dining options are top notch: Eatanic Garden serves contemporary Korean cuisine in a bright and airy space, The Great Hong Yuan dishes up high-end Cantonese fare and Constans offers the quintessential international hotel buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
