Bvlgari Resort Bali

Italian elegance and Balinese hospitality come together on a dramatic cliffside in southern Bali

Bvlgari Resort Bali is an ultra-exclusive retreat situated atop a dramatic 160-metre limestone cliff in Uluwatu on Bali's southern peninsula, offering breathtaking, unobstructed views of the Indian Ocean. Designed by renowned Italian architectural firm ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, the resort masterfully blends contemporary Italian elegance with traditional Balinese principles, utilizing hand-cut volcanic lava stone, rich indigenous woods, and thatched alang-alang roofs.

This intimate hideaway has just  59 private pool villas and five grand mansions, each villa boasting  a private plunge pool made of jade-hued sukabumi stone, an expansive outdoor living area and a magnificent floor-to-ceiling glass bathroom that overlooks a secluded garden - stocked with Bvlgari-branded toiletries, of course. A standout feature is the incline elevator, or funicular, that descends the cliff face to grant guests private access to a pristine, coral-protected stretch of beach and the Beach Club.

Dining includes the casual Sangkar Restaurant for international and Indonesian flavors, the sophisticated Il Ristorante – Luca Fantin for fine Italian cuisine, and Il Bar for sunset aperitivos. Wellness is anchored by The Spa, housed in a magnificent antique Joglo house from Central Java, offering both Balinese and modern therapies with stunning cliff-edge views.
