Buahan, a Banyan Tree Escape, sits in a quiet enclave surrounded by rice paddies and jungle in Bali’s majestic highlands. The entire resort was constructed from recycled Ulin wood, or ironwood, from the Kalimantan region, previously used on local piers and the decks of fishing boats.
