Su Yun Cheng, chairperson of Cheng Loong Corporation, leads the future of the paper industry

Su Yun Cheng is the chairperson of Cheng Loong Corporation (CLC), one of the World's Top 100 Paper Companies, and the largest industrial paper products manufacturer in Taiwan. She first served as special assistant to the chair and spokesperson of CLC in 2002, was appointed vice-chair in 2005, and succeeded as chairperson in 2010. Due to the clean energy alternative policy of Shanghai’s municipal government in 2017, she shut down the company’s Zhonglong Paper Facility in the area and focused its investments in Vietnam. Early this year, she entered a joint loan worth NTD7.2 billion to build a factory in the south.

Cheng Loong Corporation distributes products worldwide and has paper mills in Taiwan, China, and Vietnam. Every year, it produces over 2.10 million tons of paper products and more than 1.7 billion square meters of paper containers. Despite these numbers, CLC implements green production, energy efficiency, and emission reductions in its operations.
