Founded in 1991, Reiju Construction is rated as Grade A in the construction industry. Under the leadership of its chairman, Zheng Yue Chang, the company achieved an incredible feat in the industry: 11 consecutive years of record revenue, increasing from 1.23 billion to 8 billion year by year. After the 921 Earthquake, Chang launched four three-year business transformation plans and challenged the growth rate of nearly 20 per cent.

In recent years, Chang has invested heavily in the research and creation of environmentally friendly building materials and technology. With the goal of creating non-toxic environmental spaces, Reiju continues to pioneer sustainability in its construction sites and headquarters. The company has received Green Building certifications for multiple projects, including the Taichung World Flora Exposition.
