Yvon Bock

Yvon Bock is the founder and chief executive officer of Hegen, Singapore’s leading homegrown mother and baby care brand with a presence in over 26 international markets. Her mission: to empower 100 million mothers worldwide. A mother of four, Bock’s decade-long breastfeeding journey as a working mum inspired Hegen’s award-winning range of practical, high-quality innovations designed to make breastfeeding simpler and more enjoyable.

In 2021, she founded Flegen (formerly Hegen Lactation Centre) to offer evidence-based perinatal education and support. The following year, she became an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), reinforcing her dedication to supporting parents through every stage of their journey.

Her leadership and vision have earned her international recognition. In 2023, Yvon was named EY Entrepreneur of the Year Singapore, representing the nation at the EY World Entrepreneur of the Year 2024 in Monte Carlo. That same year, she became an international bestselling author with her autobiography, ExtraOrdinary, a deeply personal account of her experiences in motherhood, entrepreneurship, and purpose-driven leadership.

In 2025, Bock launched the Yvon Bock Bursary, the Yvon Bock Scholarship and The Hegen Foundation Bursary, all of which support nursing undergraduates at the Singapore Institute of Technology to nurture the next generation of compassionate caregivers.
