Yang Kuei-Chih intends to change Taiwan’s outmoded legal culture by presenting legal information in ordinary language. Using various online media channels, he bridges the gap between law and the public by engaging people in the study, interpretation, discussion and monitoring of the law. He works to make law more socially inclusive and develop a legal culture that serves everyone’s interests.
