With life experience spanning three continents, Xu Yi is dedicated to creating connections across diverse backgrounds. Now, she is cultivating a technology ecosystem for Central Africa. Full of entrepreneurial spirit, Yi built e-commerce website Bundshop.com and boutique technology brand company League X. She has also helped launch SME (a flagship product of SAP) in China and provided consulting services for many state-owned enterprises, including Ping An and China Telecom, and South Africa’s Discovery. Additionally, Yi is enthusiastic about public welfare. As executive director of Phoenix Risen, a non-profit organisation active in New York, Nairobi and Shanghai, she calls on men and women to fight against sexual assault. Last year, she held more than 20 activities in 15 cities across 10 countries.
