Xin Ying Lan is the CEO of Dancewoods Hotels and Resorts, which is in Wujie Township, Yilan County, Taiwan. With Shi Wei Navigation as an investor, over NT$3 billion was spent building the complex, which is the only resort in Taiwan with a Japanese garden theme.

Positioned as a nature escape, the hotel is near the intersection of the rivers Lanyang, Yilan, and Dongshan, and offers a view of Guishan Island. Under Lan’s leadership, the hotel’s turnover reached NT$110 million in just two years.
