Wu Hsioh Kwang is the founder, executive chairman and executive director of Straco Corporation, which owns the Singapore Flyer and Shanghai Ocean Aquarium. He was conferred the Public Service Medal and is a board member of Business China, NTU’s Chinese Heritage Centre, and the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
