For the past 16 years, award-winning fashion designer Wisharawish Akarasantisook has earned global recognition by combining technical mastery with handicrafts and intricate details. He has found inspiration in Buddhist temples and in handwoven regional textiles; most recently, Wisharawish has been incorporating filagen, or marine collagen peptides from milkfish scales, into viscose fibre, raising both the comfort and protection levels of garments.
