Winnie Chua is the co-founder of PolicyStreet, an insurtech platform that makes insurance more accessible through affordable, tailored coverage for underserved groups. Approved by Bank Negara Malaysia as a financial adviser, PolicyStreet works with insurers to develop products for gig workers and SMEs, with more than half a million workers and 50,000 businesses benefiting from its solutions. In 2026, PolicyStreet raised US$21 million in a Series C funding round to support its Southeast Asian expansion and goal of covering 2.5 million gig workers and 300,000 SMEs across the region.
