Willie Ng’s company Global Cerah transforms over 100 tonnes of agricultural waste monthly into high-protein feed meals, fertilisers and even pesticides, using nature-based solutions to enhance biodiversity and food security. Founded in 2021 and laden with awards, Global Cerah exports to the US and Europe, and has facilities around Asia. In the next two years, it plans to enhance agriculture production systems for farmers and tackle food waste from households and the F&B industry.
