Former Facebook executives Wen Shaw and Jocelin Ho founded Cooby in 2020 to provide efficient customer relationship management tools that streamline sales over messaging apps such as WhatsApp and Line. Since the beta launch in early 2022, Cooby has amassed more than 40,000 active users in more than 80 countries, who use it to improve inbox productivity, customer engagement and data integration.
